100% Local on Your Mac
Agent status, preferences, and notch coordinates never leave your Mac. We run no cloud servers or data collection databases.
Zero Telemetry & Tracking
AgentDock contains no telemetry, analytics SDKs, user tracking, or ad libraries. Your code and prompts remain private.
1. Local-First Architecture
AgentDock is designed as a non-invasive macOS menu bar utility that passively observes your local coding assistants (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Antigravity, and OpenCode).
All communication between your coding tools and AgentDock happens over a local loopback bridge (localhost / 127.0.0.1) on your Mac. At no point is your code, terminal output, file content, or token data transmitted to any external server or third party.
2. No Account or Registration
AgentDock does not require an account, email address, password, API key registration, or license activation. You can download and run the software entirely anonymously.
3. Data Stored on Your Mac
AgentDock saves only minimal user preferences locally using native macOS UserDefaults and files located in your local Application Support directory:
- Selected notch display and style preferences (e.g. Stepped vs. Rounded).
- Sound alert toggles and scroll speed configurations.
- Local loopback bridge listening port state.
These settings never leave your local machine and can be completely wiped at any time by removing the application and its Application Support folder.
4. Third-Party Agents & Providers
AgentDock integrates with your installed AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex, Antigravity, OpenCode). Those tools govern their own privacy policies and server traffic according to your existing configurations with their respective providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, Google, etc.). AgentDock does not intercept, modify, or proxy your third-party credentials.
5. Open Source Transparency
AgentDock is free and open-source software licensed under the MIT License. The complete Swift codebase is publicly inspectable and verifiable on GitHub at https://github.com/devyanshyadav/agentdock-app.
6. Contact & Questions
If you have questions about AgentDock's privacy practices or open-source codebase, you can reach out via GitHub issues or email: support@siliconapps.dev.
